Lehigh Acres Quality Inn Hotel was evacuated Sunday morning after a fire started in a room on the second floor.
Lehigh Fire crews believe the fire started in an AC unit at Quality Inn Hotel on Business Way, but it is still under investigation. Only one room was damaged by the fire, but there is smoke damage in nearby rooms.
The fire has been put out, according to Lehigh Fire crews. No one was injured and everyone in the hotel evacuated.
