Anyone arrested for violating isolation orders will be held without bond is Fake News from NBC-2 ….
As indicated in prior preparation post for the order to come the Chief Judge has issued an order no bond for all those arrested.
This is #fakenews and does not apply to enforcement of governors order. NBC-2 news report is not journalism! Its propaganda.
This only applies to chapter 381 order of an infectious person to isolate!
This is misapplied #fakenews it only pertains to violation of Chapter 381 the governor issued his order under 252.
381 is if a local health official says you have a disease and orders isolation.
The implications of the fake news reporter left out the clear separation of law required in the governors order.
That makes the story FAKENEWS!

Within the order, the judge quotes the law that was issued by the Florida Supreme court in 1943. That law applied to carriers of infectious diseases.
