
Randy Scott a citizen and taxpayer in Lehigh Acres has been viciously harmed be the new Lehigh Acres Fire District PIO Katie Heck.
Scott has emailed and put the Fire Chief Robert Dilallo, Lehigh Acres Fire Board of Commissioners on notice.

Scott states in his email to the Lehigh Acres Fire Board Commissioners that on “January 4, 2020, Lehigh Acres Fire and Control District blocked and deleted all my posts to its public forum on Facebook.”
Scott went on to say, “If this is not immediately corrected and posts retrieved a lawsuit will be filed against the Public Information officer on Monday at 8 am.”
It states in the lawsuit what, “Almost every elected public official in the United States now maintains social media accounts, which are an important source of news and information about the government and important spaces for speech by, to, and about public officials. These digital spaces are the “modern public square.” Packingham v. North Carolina, 137 S. Ct. 1730, 1732 (2017). As our democracy increasingly moves online, it is crucial that our First Amendment principals are equally applied to digital forums so that the internet does not become a haven for public officials to avoid free speech.”
It also states that “State Agency Representative Public Information Officer to suppress dissenting speech.”
