Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying two unknown men who robbed a Lehigh Acres hotel at gunpoint last night.
Just before 10:30 p.m. on November 22, two dark skinned males walked into the Microtel, located at 1320 Business Way in Lehigh. Both men were armed with handguns and demanded cash from the register. One of the suspects jumped the counter, removed an undisclosed amount of cash, as well as the employee’s purse, then both men fled on foot. One suspect is described as being in his late 20s, with his face covered by a bandana with white markings on it. The second suspect has a heavier build, and had a dark cloth covering most of his face.
