It has come to the attention of the Lehigh Acres Gazette ownership that a few wannabes in our wonderful town have a large bias against and bigotry to some if not all of the staff of the Lehigh Acres Gazette in Facebook groups. That is their right, yet we at the Lehigh Acres Gazette do not and will not make judgments upon someone’s past without understanding the whole story. If a person is willing and able to do a job within the Lehigh Acres Gazette, we will happily consider them for the job in which they wish to have.
Now these wannabes, bigots and outright mean people have and will continue to trash talk the staff of the Lehigh Acres Gazette, for their own gains. This is their right as well, yet it is a sad state affair that drives people like this to do such terrible things. We at the Lehigh Acres Gazette can only hope that they seek professional help for their conditions.
We at the Lehigh Acres Gazette believe in giving any person a chance to prove themselves on the merits of who they are now, and not on who or what they have done in the past. We can only hope that others can do the same.
