Request: to Rezone +/- 695 acres from Agricultural (AG-2) to Residential Planned Development (RPD) on 655 acres with a maximum of 1,315 dwelling units; and Mixed Use Planned Development (MPD) on 40 acres with a maximum of 50 multi-family dwelling units, 250,000 square feet of commercial floor area, and 150 hotel rooms. Maximum height proposed is 45 feet for residential uses, 55 feet for commercial uses and 65 for hotels. Also see CPA2016-00007 (Plan Amendment).

4401-4409 LEE BLVD CPD AMEND
