A. 61 Bell Boulevard. -The addition of Group 2 and 3 restaurant uses in the schedule of uses existing on the project. There will be no building expansion. Mr. Jim Boback will present the project.
B. Lehigh Seafood- The project is requesting an administrative deviation in the sign setback. Maastricht will be presenting the project. The project is under construction and was previously approved. The project is located at 4306 Lee Boulevard.
