Joseph Pearson of Healthy Harvest Farms was arrested for misdemeanor Domestic Violence Battery on April 18, 2016.
According to Pearson it was a misunderstanding with his fiancé and they are working this out.
We tried reach his fiancé for comment no one would answer the phone.
According David Deetscreek the Chairman of the Board of Healthy Harvest Farms, said the board has been notified of the issue. We are waiting to see what the court does, if anything.
According to Lee County Sheriff’s website Pearson has been arrested 10 other times for misdemeanor charges including one other Domestic Violence in 1995.
