The themes have been released for the 2016-2017 Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen. Applications for both events won’t be available until April. The Voice of Democracy theme is “My Responsibility to America” This scholarship contest is open to all students from the 9th grade up to the 12th grade. The Patriot’s Pen theme is “The America I Believe in.” This scholarship contest is open to all students from the 6th grade up to the 8th grade.
