Two bodies have been discovered in a submerged Dodge Vehicle pulled from a canal near North Avenue and East Jasmine Road.
Neighbors stood by, watching as investigators pulled the Dodge out of the Able Canal just after noon on Friday.
“There are no barricades right here, so you can just drive right off the end of the street because there’s nothing there to stop you,” said Debbie Walcott who lives nearby.
Residents add that this isn’t the first car to fall in.
