Five people went to Lee Memorial Hospital with critical and serious injuries, respectively, after a two-car accident Sunday night in Lehigh Acres.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the two were hurt when a 2005 Dodge Caravan driven by Danielle Brantley turned left from Lee Boulevard onto Sunniland Boulevard in front of a 1992 Honda driven by Marisa Butcher shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday.
Brantley was cited for making an improper left turn in front of approaching traffic.
Four from Brantley’s Caravan were taken to Hospital as one was from Butcher’s Accord.
