Shary Weckwerth is named Featured Artist of the Month at Lehigh Regional Medical Center
Featured artist for the month of December at the Arts of the Inland (AOI) Gallery at Lehigh Regional Medical Center Cafe’, 1500 Lee Blvd., Lehigh, is Shary Weckwerth.
Shary’s passion is painting. As a child she was always drawing, coloring, dreaming about art. As an adult she finally sought instruction and found her voice through painting in oils. She has tried most all mediums, but still prefer oils.
Subject matter is wherever she finds it. Shary has painted for the past year with the group “52 Weeks Nature Painting Challenge”, which tries in every way they can to help spread the word of nature and endangered species, through art.
The AOI gallery is open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
