Riverdale High School Drivers Education teacher Richard Bull busted for DUI including property damage at 1:38 am Wednesday morning. According witnesses Bull was so intoxicated that the manger of the restaurant would not allow their employees to leave the building into Lee County Sheriff Deputies arrived on scene. Riverdale High School Administration or the Lee County Public Communication Dept have not return are calls for comment.
