Preferred Community Bank is now waiting for Federal approval to acquire both Reliance banks in Lee County. According to an unnamed source the bank employees at Reliance have been interviewed by Preferred Community to see they will do with the employees.
Preferred Community Bank in Lehigh Acres is waiting for the last of the diligence from Culver’s Restaurant to sell their current property to them.
The unnamed source believes those transactions will happen within the next 90 days.
