Two people were sent to the hospital after a crash at the intersection of Daniels Parkway and SR-82 early Tuesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 16-year-old driver was attempting to make a left turn onto SR-82 from Gunnery Road when he collided with a vehicle coming from Daniels Parkway. Gunnery Road and Daniels Parkway share the same path.
An 18-year-old passenger with the teen and the female driver of the other vehicle were transported to the hospital.
The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time, but the Florida Highway Patrol spokesman said they are expected to be OK.
