Wink News is reporting:
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a violent 
on Centennial Boulevard in Lehigh Acres.
The victim’s daughter says just before 10 a.m. Wednesday, multiple men broke in and began ransacking the home, claiming they were searching for drugs and money.
The woman says the suspects threatened her mother, who was home alone at the time, with a gun. The victim was taken by ambulance to Lehigh Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.
The men also stole the family’s dark grey 2015 Kia Optima, said the victim’s daughter.
Deputies have not released a description of the suspects.
