How to make Egg Fried Rice

4 cups cold cooked white rice
4 eggs
2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter
2 -3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons soy sauce (more to taste)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Chives finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl beat the eggs.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat or until sizzling.
Add the eggs and stir it  into the butter.  Cook eggs  throughly (scrambled Style).
Heat oil in another skillet.  Add in the onions and the garlic let this simmer for 2 minutes.
 Add in the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil and black pepper; stir-fry tossing continuously for about 5 minutes (add extra soy sauce and black pepper if needed  for your taste buds).
Stir in the egg and Chives.
