A Flood Watch is in place for all of Southwest Florida including Lehigh Acres. This means conditions are favorable for potential flooding. If you live in a flood prone area, or have interests near area creeks and streams, be aware of possible flooding. Also, remember to never attempt to drive through a flooded area.
Bands of heavy rain and storms in association with Erika’s remnants will move across south Florida through Sunday afternoon, Sunday night, and continue into Monday afternoon. High temperatures Sunday and Monday will be in the mid to upper 80’s.
