Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the Shell gas station on Homestead Road after a teenage boy on a bike was shot at.
Lehigh Acres Gazette was told that a teen was on his bike in the parking lot of the gas station when a vehicle pulled up and shot at him. The bullet missed him and hit the side of the building.
The gunman then went into the gas station and purchased a pack of cigarettes.
Lee County Sheriff’s Deputy took the man, described at a middle aged Hispanic man, into custody and towed his vehicle.
