One person was injured after their Honda Civic crashed into a tree Friday afternoon.
It happened in the 300 block of Joel Boulevard.
Witnesses say the Civic was attempting to go around the corner and veered off the roadway. The vehicle crashed into a tree head-on.
The driver was injured and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
