It’s been confirmed by multiple sources, the State Attorney’s Office of the Twentieth District has started the investigative process on the Lehigh Acres Fire Commissioners, Fire Chief John Wayne and their board attorney Richard Pringle. According to one of the sources an affidavit was filed State Attorney’s Office with in the last couple of weeks.
According to a local attorney not familiar with these case with the SAO, questioned by the Lehigh Acres Gazette he was wondering why the complaint has not filled ethics complaint against the five fire commissioners for their lack of understanding how a public hearing works.
