It’s been confirmed the State Attorney Office of the Twentieth District in investigating the Lehigh Acres Fire Commissioners, Fire Chief John Wayne and their board attorney Richard Pringle. Though they would not say in detail what the complaint is.
But we did learn that if the State Attorney Office does charge the five Fire Commissioners, Fire Chief and Attorney, they could be facing a misdemeanor and a $500.00 fine each.
