The Florida Highway Patrol was on scene of a car accident in Lehigh Acres.
State troopers are on Lee Blvd. and Williams Ave.
According to the driver of the car, she was sitting at the light when she was hit from behind. She says the gas pedal locked up sending her straight towards a canal.
The car came to a stop sideways on the canal bank. No injuries have been reported.
