One person is dead and four were injured during a crash on SR-82 in Lehigh Acres 11:32 p.m. Friday night.
The crash happened on SR-82 near Eisenhower Boulevard
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say a 2007 Dodge Caravan was traveling west in the eastbound lane of SR-82. At the same time, a 2011 Nissan Rogue was going east on SR-82. The two vehicles collided head-on.
The driver of the van was pronounced dead on the scene.
The four people in the Rogue were taken to Lee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
