Follow up: The local media has tracked down the owner of this 1996 model Toyota Tacoma in Naples. She tells us an employee of hers was driving the truck at the time the video was taken. The truck is driven for Davenport’s Nursery in Naples. An owner of the Nursery tells us the driver is one of their mechanics and has since been disciplined. FHP states no action will be taken by then in these issue,
