Student Assignment Open
Enrollment Period Ending March 27

The Student Assignment Open Enrollment Period for the 2015-2016 school year will end on Friday, March 27th, at 4:00 p.m.  Parents or guardians of any student entering kindergarten, 6th or 9th grade, as well as any student new to the District, must complete and submit a Student Assignment application by this date.  Parents of children who will be five on or before September 1st should apply for kindergarten for the 2015-2016 school year. Parents need to register their child even if they have an older child already in school – assignments are not automatic.

Student Assignment utilizes a lottery system. A family who registered on the first day of Open Enrollment has the same chance of getting a school as that of a family who registers the last day.

The District has also unveiled a new “Find My School” tool for parents this year. Lehigh Acres Office, 1262 Wings Way Suite #207, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 Parents living in Lehigh Acres may come to the following Student Assignment locations between the hours of 9 am – 4 pm to register children for school: (Located on Beth Stacey Blvd off of Homestead Rd. in the Community Health Association Complex)
