Bicyclist was trauma alerted to Lee Memorial Hospital, according to multiple witnesses on scene, the bicycle was struck from behind by a Hyundai sedan. Upon impact according eyewitnesses, the bicyclist was pushed into the windshield and over the roof of the sedan.
Crash was near Williams Avenue cross street Fountain Mist Boulevard happen at 9:30 p.m.
FHP is investigating the crash.
