The Rotary Club was able to provide another successful Thanksgiving Dinner to our community of Lehigh Acres. According to Mike Buff they served somewhere between 650 to 700 Lehigh Acres residents. We are very thankful to Saint Raphael’s Catholic Church for providing the location and kitchen facilities that made all of this possible. The Rotary Club would also like to express our appreciation to local Girl Scout Troop 312 (provided table decorations and initial setup on tables), ELCHS Interact Club (filled in with many tasks, both on prep day and Thanksgiving Day), a special thanks to our Community Volunteers (food servers, dining room attendants, and clean up), thank you to the businesses that provided tremendous support for this project: Alva Diner, Wal-Mart, and Winn Dixie Riverdale, and members of the Rotary Club of Lehigh Acres.
