Battalion Chief Rodolfo Narnjo Jr who lives in Miami and works for Lehigh Acres Fire Department has violated Lee County Land Development Code Chapter 30-7 and placed a trailer at 101 Delaware and Homestead Road with “What’s your life worth?” sign promoting the tax assessment on it. Narnjo was told by certified letter from Lee County Code Enforcement to remove the trailer or face $250.00 a day fine.
Also code enforcement is inspecting all the union paid for signs in Lehigh Acres if code enforcement finds any in the County right of way the union could be facing fines.
I find it rather amusing. A while back citizens of Lehigh were complaining that the code enforcement officers weren’t doing their job as complaints rose to the “dumping” and parking violations in the neighborhoods, and they claimed the didn’t have the staff to cover the whole area, especially on the weekends. Now they have time to check political signs in the roadways??
I agree. You can call code till you are blue in the face and they always have the same reply. We are working on it. Three years later they are working on it!!!!!!!
If I violate the code they would be at my house the same day.Guess this guy is special!!!!
