Authorities arrested a Lehigh Acres man for possession of child pornography, a second degree felony.
In September, FDLE Agents served a search warrant at 48-year-old James Gardner’s former home.
FDLE Agents say they seized several digital devices which contained numerous child pornography videos. According to officials, some videos depicted sexual battery involving children.
Agents arrested Gardner at his new residence located on the 2100 block of McArthur Avenue in Alva. He was booked into the Lee County Jail.
