On October 17th, 2014, Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a just occurred Occupied Burglary in Lehigh Acres.
Upon arrival, deputies learned that a 14 year old female woke up to find a strange man standing over her. The man grabbed the girl and told her to be quiet. The girl kicked the man and screamed for help. The suspect fled the residence on foot.
Lee County Sheriff’s Office East District detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. During the investigation, a person of interest was identified and located. After a fingerprint comparison, detectives arrested Brian Michael Comiskey for Burglary (with Assault or Battery). Comiskey has numerous arrests in Lee County going back to 2001 and is currently on probation for a previous burglary.
