According to Kevin Bakewell Senior Vice President Chief Public Affairs Officer AAA –The Auto Club Group in a letter to Chief John Wayne;
“A former AAA insurance agent did not follow company guidelines with respect to both format and content of the letter sent to the unknown insured and thus, the letter was not authorized by AAA Insurance Agency.”
Also the ”Information contained in the letter, with respect to current and future rating and premiums, cannot be validated since the name of the insured and policy number have been redacted.”
