Relay for Life 2014 Wrap up Party was Saturday evening. During the event the committee handed out certificates of appreciation to companies that volunteered their time. Also give out the certificates to the top teams and individual fundraisers:

Marilyn Overbee received the inaugural Moe Taylor award. Also since the first Lehigh Acres Relay for Life in 2007 Lehigh Regional Medical Center has raised over $80,000 dollars for the American Cancer Society. 2015 Committee event Chairperson is Lisa Dodd.
I would like to thank everyone who participated in the 2014 Relay For Life of Lehigh Acres, either as committee member, volunteer, cancer survivor, caregiver, sponsor, supporter or attendee.
Also, I’d like to say thank you to the community of Lehigh Acres for their support of the American Cancer Society and any and all fundraisers which were held throughout our community.
Look for a few more fundraisers throughout the next few months, as we are still a few dollars short of our goal of raising $44,444!
