Members of Rock of Refuge church met with quite a surprise Sunday morning after someone left five Chihuahua puppies in a bin outside the church.
Members tell us the puppies were shivering and had nothing to eat. They believe the new born Chihuahuas were possibly too much for the owners to handle.
The five tiny voices screeched for help as the pastor tried to decide what to do.
So he and his son did what almost anyone would do – the right thing.
After feeding the five puppies and calming them down, they called Lee County Animal Services and sent the abandoned pups off to a better home with Animal Services
