For many students, the dream of continuing their education past high school would not be possible if not for financial aid. There are numerous ways students can get the financial assistance they need to make their college or university dreams a reality.
The School District of Lee County & The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools, Inc. have partnered with a local financial aid expert to host several Financial Aid Nights. The events will run from 7 – 9 p.m. on the following dates:
• Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Lehigh Senior High School
• Thursday, November 21, 2013 at East Lee County High School
Those attending the meetings will learn about the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form and steps they need to take to help their children receive federal financial aid from postsecondary institutions.
