The Lehigh Concert Band will perform at the St Raphael Fall Festival on Saturday Nov 16 at 3:30 and at Faith Lutheran church on Sunday Nov 17 at 3:00 and like most other community bands in the area the November concerts will recognize the dedication and sacrifices of our armed forces men and women. Of course there will be a Christmas concert with seasonal selections and a sing along as well as the possibility of small groups being spotted in the Lehigh area playing Christmas carols. The January concert will feature some Broadway show tunes, February will be music of love and what would a March concert be without some St Patrick ’s Day music. The plan for the final concert of the season in April is to do a Boston Pops type format outside at Veteran’s Park. All concerts are free but donations are appreciated and form the majority of funding for ongoing operation of the Band.
