Pursuant to Florida Statute 775.21 the Public Safety Information Act of 1997, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making formal community notification of two sexual predators registered as residing in Lee County, as well as whether the victim was a minor or adult at the time of offense. We are hopeful that local media will assist in this process by broadcasting or printing the name, description, and photograph of the court designated predator.

Felicia T. Sims (d.o.b. 7/12/75) has been released from the Florida Department of Corrections.
Name/Description: Felicia T. Sims, black female; 5’4″ tall; 145 lbs.; black hair; brown eyes;
Address: 313 Ichabod Avenue South, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33973
Sims was convicted in July, 1994 of Sexual Battery on a victim 12 years of age or older.

Also, Ricardo Eire Jr. (d.o.b. 7/27/77) is reporting a temporary residence in Lee County.

Eire was convicted in April, 1998 of Sexual Battery on a victim over 12 (an adult) with a weapon or force.
Why doesn’t Lehigh Acres apply for federal funding to house and welcome all of the new sexual predators to our area and provide them maps to all of the Elementary schools and parks with photos of the little children for their choosing. That would seem the norm here!!! My community tried to force one out and the Sheriffs department actually stood up for him and said if we harassed him we could be arrested. This piece of garbage even drives by Mirror lakes Elementary school daily and this has been reported and nothing done about it at all.. This piece of garbage name is Dennis Dahlke residing at 372 Charwood ave s. Lehigh Acres 33974.
As a former employee to large government business in Lee County I feel that if you are going to post the address of each offender, it would also help if you posted a map with a marker of each one so people who are near or new to the area can know at a glance where they are and can take precautions to prevent their child or themselves from crossing paths on a regular basis. In other words please post a map of where the are.
