Lehigh Acres Firefighters battled a fire at a duplex in Lehigh Acres Wednesday morning.
According to Lehigh Acres Fire District officials, the fire happened at a duplex on Nimitz Boulevard.
Lehigh Acres Fire District received the call at 11:44 a.m.
When firefighters arrived, a truck and the garage roof were fully engulfed.
The entire unit is a total loss. The building on the other side received smoke damage.
There were people inside the duplex at the time. They were all able to get out safely.
