Geraldine Dollarhyde, age 78, of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013 with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Alva, Florida on October 29, 1934, the beautiful daughter of Eleanor (Walker) and Taft Reed.
She is survived by her mother Eleanor Allison; brother Billy Allison (Becky); children Ray, Allen and Becky Dollarhyde and Jackie Mann (Darrell); her grandchildren Susan, Michael and Edward Dollarhyde, Shawn Mann, Melissa Chambers, Daniel Dollarhyde, Caleb Scott and Kelsey and Ansley Dollarhyde; her great grandchildren Zoey, Carter, Riana, Dorian, Logan, Sophia and Oliver. She also leaves behind her uncle Carl Walker, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family along with a multitude of friends.
A Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday, August 30, 2013 in the Chapel at Anderson-Patterson Cremation and Funeral Services, 2701 Lee Boulevard, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33971, (239) 368-7080. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at the funeral home the following day, Saturday August 31, 2013, at 12 Noon. Burial will immediately follow the service at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, Florida 33913.
