TOPIC: THE MAKING OF A MUSICAL
SPEAKERS:
Carmine Lombardo, 2009 Poet Laureate of Florida, author, librettist, and lyricist. Dorayne Lombardo, writer, artist, singer, and dancer.
The Lombardos will highlight the elements, comparisons, and differences of writing the novel, the play and the musical. Included in their extensive program will be three original songs from their musicals.
The meeting will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall, Zion Lutheran Church, 7401 Winkler Road, Fort Myers. Members $3, Non-members $5, First-time attendees, free.
