Spring is here and Summer is right around the corner.
What better way to dress up a Blue Jell-O or a good leafy salad then with their own “Whale of a Good Time”.
Directions:
Cut a cucumber on an angle so it will sit on the plate.
Carve off the bottom with a sharp knife to create the underside of the whale.
Keep in mind that these pieces will be used for the flaps on each side of the body.
For the fin you can use a piece from the other half of the cucumber.
Use the picture as your guide.
Set him so he is jumping from a bowl of blue jell-o or out of the middle of a salad…the kids will love it!
