A residence was burglarized Monday afternoon. According to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office report, the victim’s son returned to the Leroy Avenue home to find the sliding doors had been pried open.
Also according to the report the following items were reported missing:
– An 1889 Eagle Silver Dollar
– A 1920’s silver dollar
– A Smith and Wesson .45 caliber pistol
– Multiple rounds of ammunition
