The Lehigh Spring Festival website and Facebook pages are up and running and the 2013 Pageant applications are available through a link on the site. It’s not too early to be thinking about the Spring Festival, it will be here before you know it. Last year’s pageant reflected a record-breaking turnout so I wanted to be certain that this year all potential contestants had plenty of time to get their applications ready to be submitted before the deadlines.
