Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is planning for a new store to in Lehigh Acres.
According to Robert Randall, vice president of retail and operations said the existing Lehigh Acres store has outgrown its space.
The new store will be at 4622 Lee Blvd., will require the demolition of a model home on the property, which is a more than 2.7 acres. Goodwill will put in additional parking and green space as well as landscaping. Goodwill anticipates in hiring 35 people once it opens, which is expected sometime in fall of 2013.
The store will resemble some of the larger Goodwill stores in Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
There will be a covered drop-off area for people to come and bring donations.
I am a frequent customer to all the goodwill stores and I feel I have a lot to offer because of my sales background and familiarity with your stores.
