
Lee Memorial Health System is pleased to announce that Wendy Faux, RN, BSN, CWPM has joined the staff of the Lee Physician Group as Program Educator for the Patient Centered Care Program. Wendy will evaluate and implement strategies that focus on building a quality patient centered network of services within Lee Physician Group.
“We’re excited to have her on our team,” says Kristine Fay, Chief Administrative Officer of Lee Physician Group. “Wendy’s extensive history of health care and leadership experience will strengthen our efforts to identify ways to enhance care delivery and improve patient outcomes”.
Prior to joining Lee Memorial Health System, Wendy was a Clinical Nurse Educator at Geisinger Health System – an integrated health services organization that is well known for its cutting-edge research and quality education programs. She contributed to the development of policies and procedures that followed the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines and focused on the importance of driving outcomes while maximizing health care resources.
Wendy’s areas of expertise include: population health management; health and disease management; education, training, and development; medical case management; staff management; problem solving; and health and wellness promotion.
