Several men made off with a bag off cash Thursday after robbing residents of a Lehigh Acres home at gunpoint.
The four residents, ages 60, 48, 20 and 21, were walking toward the front door of their home in the 2100 block of Leda Avenue South, according to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office report. The residents heard footsteps behind them, and when they turned around, they saw a man dressed in black and wearing a mask pointing a gun at them. Three more armed men similarly dressed then approached from the rear of the home.
The suspects, who are still at large, were described as males, approximately 18-20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, wearing black clothing, black masks and black gloves.
