Lee County’s longest sitting commissioner lost his seat in Tuesday’s Republican primary election.
After 24 years as a county commissioner, Ray Judah didn’t even come close to reclaiming his seat for a seventh term with challenger Larry Kiker taking home nearly 70 percent of the vote.
Kiker joins retired police officer Cecil Pendergrass and incumbent Frank Mann in the November elections.
