Help a former dancer at Footnotes Dance and Music Studio here in Lehigh Acres.

Hey guys! For those of you who dont know me my name is Hans Pierre and I am from Tampa, FL. I am a member of Arosen dance, Flooridians, Culture Conduct and AGT’s TellAVision.

I was blessed with the opportunity to perform at the very first World of Dance in Florida on July 27th, 2013. It meant a lot to me because for the first time I felt like I had done something without holding back or gave people the ability to wonder more about me. After the performance, I spoke to the director and he stated to me that I had the ability to perform my solo at other stops on the World of Dance tour. This includes Boston, New Jersey, Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, Hawaii, Germany, and other locations. I feel like having a chance to perform at World of Dance is something that I can’t pass up. Not only for exposure but also the networking opportunities and fellowship with other dancers.

I decided to choose four locations (Toronto, New Jersey, Boston, and Chicago). I chose Boston because I was born and raised in Boston for more than half my life and returning for something dance related would mean the world to me. My mother currently resides in Boston so I wouldnt need funds for housing. My older sister lives in New Jersey so yet again, housing would not be an issue. My childhood friend David Ocampo lives in Chicago so that makes three locations where I would not have to worry about housing which makes a huge deduction in the price of my funding. I chose Toronto because of the fact that its not only outside of the US which would be great for exposure but I have never experienced dance in a location other than the US.
